This Bianco is named after Susanna, Trish's sister, who is also the artist behind all the labels; these Procanico and Trebbiano were the first pick of 2020 Trilli's vintage, ten days maceration on skins then pressed into stainless steel tank. The result is a vibrant, low-alcohol and refreshing white.
