Collaboration wine with Trish's friend Piero: late harvest of Procanico, Trebbiano, Grechetto and Malvasia Toscana. Three weeks maceration on skins and then pressed and aged in demijohn. This wine shows great concentration with a wonderful balance between stone fruit, citrus and spices.
