Based in the small town Blacé, in Beaujolais, Sylvere Trichard took over his families four hectares of vines from his uncle in 2012.
There are now 6.5 hectares under vine, all farmed organically. From the original family plot, farmed by his family for nearly a century. Certified organic and farmed biodynamically. A finer and more elevated wine than the rouge - darker fruited with a nervy mineral tension. Both hallmarks of the warmer 2020 vintage.
