A wine made simply because the Merlot and Shiraz tanks were side-by-side in the winery and after tasting them, I always thought they’d blend well together…. And it worked! Many people think (myself included) the Merlot fruit we source is probably the best fruit that comes into our winery year-after-year. And it works so well when blended too. This wine has tannin, structure and acidity from the Merlot and with the richness of the Shiraz, they’ve combined to make a wine that’s big on personality and delivery!
