You might be wondering why this has been released after the 2020 Tom Wine. Simply, this wine has easily handled the extra time in bottle unlike the 2020 vintage of hell number (which was actually extremely undervalued oops). This instalment was a blend of mainly skin contact Sauvignon Blanc, whole bunch Cabernet Sauvignon and some cabernet sauvignon rose. So what does that make this wine? Not an orange wine, not a red, not a rosé... More of a whatever you want it to be... The best thing about this wine is that you can can drink it at many temperatures and it will show you a different side... More of a red when chilled, more of a rosé/skin contact white when warmer.
