Very floral and pretty Booj.
Vibrant, fresh and fleshy. Bursts out of the glass and onto the palate. So juicy, jolly, bright in a way but also lots of stony minerality. Dark plummy fruit, char and salted liquorice, svelte tannins, great shape, long and sinewy in a way. This is very elegant, well formed gamay, very beautiful. You could almost say ‘syrah-like’ here.
