Texture is suede and soupy, but there’s such bright fruitiness underlying that cloudy fuzz that it’s irresistibly delicious to drink. Red cherry, stewed cherries, game meat and sweet earthiness. There’s a cute lick of alpine herb in wild mint, oregano and fennel through the wine too. Charisma and drinkability. Fantastic.
